The rubber stoppers are the closure complement that provides all the tightness that your products require.

The raw materials used are from leading brands, such as butyl in a specific formulation for medicinal use, as well as CleanFlex? bags with Tyvek? for autoclave sterilization.

The stoppers are manufactured with the highest technology that guarantees stability and reliability in a production of around 60 different types for liquid and lyophilized injectables.

The factory has an annual production capacity of 6 billion units, exported worldwide, and of various materials such as bromobutyl, acrylonitrile, chlorobutyl and silicone.

The production plants have two class 300,000 rooms for preparation of materials and vulcanized, a class 100,000 room where the cut of plates is made, and a class 100 room where the pieces are washed and the packaging is carried out.

They also have a water purification system WFI -water for injection-, which is used to wash the finished stoppers. The purification process consists in five stages of filtering with different materials and filters that allows to obtain water of the highest purity and free of minerals.
